    Our senior consultant of The Franchise Shop is Grant Garraway who has had around 30 years experience within the franchise industry as an employee of major franchisors and as a consultant to the franchise sector. Grant is a post-graduate qualified  accountant.  Grant has written articles for franchise magazines in Australia and New Zealand, and is regularly invited to give presentations of industry functions and franchisor conferences.

     

    He has held senior management positions with several multi-national and Australian and International Franchisors, such The Jim's Group, Midas and Kleins.  He has assisted more than 30 clients to become successful franchisors including Keen to Clean who have made BRW’s fastest growing list twice.

     

    He has sold master franchises in South Africa, Malaysia, New Zealand and China.and sold master franchises fro the US and canada to Australan master franchisors.

    Jane describes franchising as “a win/win situation for franchisors and franchisees to achieve their business goals”

     

    She is a Consultant and the Master Franchisee NSW & ACT of The Franchise Shop. She has over 16 years experience in the franchise industry and has owned 3 franchised businesses from a variety of industries such as Hospitality and Real Estate. Jane has a proven track record of showing empathy to clients and understanding the challenges that both the franchisor and the franchisee face.

     

    Jane holds a Diploma in Franchising and was a Committee member on NSW Franchise Council of Australia. Jane regularly gives franchising presentations at Franchise Council functions, Franchising Expo and is in regular demand to speak at industry functions.

     

    Jane has worked with a broad range of clients who have achieved success in the franchise industry working with them from feasibility study, through development and onto to achieve their recruitment goals.
